We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The grounds were beautiful, with lots to see and do in the grassed area next to the hall. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing a range of options for socialization, relaxation, and working, including WiFi access throughout. The location was perfect, being close to Birmingham, the NEC, and the airport, but still feeling like a peaceful country retreat. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the lady who served breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and great value for money. We also enjoyed a meal in the restaurant, which was served quickly by friendly waitresses.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a delightful experience. The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside and offering a peaceful atmosphere. We were impressed with the on-site restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious breakfast and evening meals. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that our needs were met and making us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, offering amenities such as heating and tea/coffee facilities. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the lovely views.

The location is perfect for us as it is near everything we needed by car or perhaps by taxi. We also enjoyed the peaceful setting in the grassed area to the side of the manor house. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was friendly, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast served at the restaurant was delicious and satisfying. We also loved the beautiful view from our room.
The communication with the staff could use some improvement.

I had a great experience here, everything was great, the location was fab adjacent to motorway, the bridge. This was my 2nd stay, they offered queen room with its quirky decor brilliant. I was met by informative and courteous staff at the hall.
